How do I track my order?

How do I return or exchange an item?

Why are Some items Pre-Order?

Yes, some of our items are Pre-order only. This helps us ensure we’re delivering the right products to those who truly want them, while keeping waste and backstock to a minimum. By managing our inventory in this way, we can continue to give back more to charities with every purchase.

When you place a pre-order, you’ll always receive an estimated time of arrival for your item. We’ll send it out as soon as it’s available and keep you updated every step of the way. Rest assured, you’ll be the first to know when your order is on its way!
