To claim your coaching, simply fill out the form in the Coached by Deni Jade section and select "I have purchased UPWR." Add your items to the cart, and the coaching offer will be automatically applied at checkout. This is our way of supporting you as you kickstart your fitness journey with expert guidance and personalised coaching from Deni Jade herself.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly through the shipping provider’s website.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your UPWR gear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please visit our Contact Us page and let us know what the issue is. We’ve made the return process simple and hassle-free, so you can get the right fit and feel—quickly and easily. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Why are Some items Pre-Order?

Yes, some of our items are Pre-order only. This helps us ensure we’re delivering the right products to those who truly want them, while keeping waste and backstock to a minimum. By managing our inventory in this way, we can continue to give back more to charities with every purchase.

When you place a pre-order, you’ll always receive an estimated time of arrival for your item. We’ll send it out as soon as it’s available and keep you updated every step of the way. Rest assured, you’ll be the first to know when your order is on its way!

What currency is the store in?
All products displayed on our website are priced in AUD (Australian Dollars).
