We know you're excited to receive your UPWR order, and we're just as eager to get it to you! That's why we make every effort to ensure your delivery is completed as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your new activewear without delay.

Yes, some of our items are pre-order only. This helps us ensure we’re delivering the right products to those who truly want them, while keeping waste and backstock to a minimum. By managing our inventory in this way, we can continue to give back more to charities with every purchase. When you place a pre-order, you’ll always receive an estimated time of arrival for your item. We’ll send it out as soon as it’s available and keep you updated every step of the way. Rest assured, you’ll be the first to know when your order is on its way!

Our hardworking team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase/ when pre-orders come into the warehouses. However, during busy periods, public holidays, or sales events, processing times may extend to 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you can typically expect to receive it within 4–14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that any delays beyond our control (such as courier or postal service delays) may extend delivery times.

If you’re nearing the end of the estimated delivery window and your order hasn't arrived yet, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. While these delays are rare, they can occur during busy times or due to circumstances out of our control. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your order’s journey right to your door.
